Tricolor TV, operator of one of the world’s fastest-growing TV platforms, and Eutelsat Communications (NYSE Euronext Paris: ETL) announce they are collaborating on deploying the first network in Russia to use SmartBeam, Eutelsat’s new multi-screen video delivery solution.
